What brought me to the GOC was a link Denny posted back when OEF took off. It was a kickass link my older brother sent me from GOC where moo-slimes were getting worked over by our badass Armed Forces. Since then, I haven't been able to find the vid, but it was kickass! The best one I have ever seen!
Back then, I didn't really comment at all, I just read Denny's posts and the comments and I was hooked after that.
Another thing that hooked me was when reading some dumbass comment by an ignorant troll, coming back 15 minutes later, and then reading a great rally of bitchslapping by Denny and his regular commenter's back then. I can't tell you how many hours at work I would spend reading instead of working hoping to go back and read another few comments shutting the pussy troll down with a major bitchslapping of facts. Facts.

When the trolls come back (like a fungus) I will be looking forward to reading some bitchslapping of major proportions again. I miss that shit!
From now on, this is what I'm going to envision when a major bitchslapping goes down from GOC Central. Those are some great memories right there.

The above hyperlink is to Denny's archive. This is my infamous FUCK ISLAM rant back in 2004, which posted No. 1 on Google for over 2 years using "fuck islam" as the search words!! It was awesome. It was pure raw hate. And I think Denny became my friend after I lost my fucking mind that day. Denny kicks ass.

Nope. Didn't work ... I heard my brain rattle a little though.
I found GOC by googling "Ted Kennedy is a fat peice of shit" #1 hit on google at the time. And from Denny I found the Acidman. Who I have to admit I read more than the GOC and have always said that this was the best post ever written by any blogger.
i forgot how i found goc too. i've slept since then. nice link paul...i think a lot of us have had our moments like that.
I found the GOC tru Myron, got involved immediately with Saturday Bach, read the other posts and comments, and thought "Those people are crazy!!!". Then Prosper appeared on the scene. Couldn't resist telling him a few truths about his country. What a golden opportunity to tell a Frog, "Va te faire foutre!" Went back to read the earlier years. One post had 170comments!!!! Brilliant work...Now Froggie calls me "Granny Moose". My title of glory! Great memories...Forever grateful to Denny.
Also grateful to all of you for teaching me how to bitchslap. ;-)

I found GOC because Boortz mentioned something posted on his site once, can't remember what, but have found visiting there a refreshing break from the liberal world that surrounds us.
CD as for the trolls being quiet. Since the magical negro started acquiring his cabinet, me thinks it becames painfully obvious to this idiots that they won't be getting all they had hoped and changed for. That's why their not being loud. It would be one of those "I told you so moments".
